Our engineers are problem killing devices

If you have spent some time out in the software trenches you know that having a killer team is crucial. These days it seems popular to call (some of) them cracked devs, but we are still on team wizards.

Wizards prefer boring tech, and doing what makes sense for business both in long and short term, over boosting their CVs. Don’t confuse their calm for lack of hype. When we think of a Wizard Dev we think of 10y older and more experienced Bertram Gilfoyle. You call a wizard when you need magic done. Usually after bashing your head against the wall few times and reading The Mythical Man-Month.

Top talent is hired by reference, not on LinkedIn, and we are here to whisper in your ear - let us headhunt the wizards you need.

For Exceptional Engineers

We’ve streamlined our recruitment process to focus on exceptional talent. Traditional CV submissions aren’t our primary path. Our ideal candidates are rarely found through standard job boards. We seek the 0.01% – engineers who:

We used to have a form up here, but we received unholy amount of CV spam.

However;

If you know who is the guy saying the quote bellow:

My favorite language of all, the language that I think will outlast all the others, the language that I believe will eventually become the standard language that all programmers use…

…is Lisp.

Robert C. Martin (Uncle Bob)

…or if you have seen this in SICP and thought “that’s cute”

(defn gcd [a b]
  (if (= b 0)
      a
      (recur b (rem a b))))

…or if you know about old comp.unix.wizards thread that elaborates on the Unix Wizard’s “Oregano” jar reference…

…you are our friend!

We discover talent through reputation, contributions, and organic connections. Your GitHub, personal website, Hacker News profile, or a mutual reference will bring you to us.
